Roventhemes is the place where you can find free and premium products. You can find all our products on the website: WordPress themes, WordPress plugins, HTML Templates, Icon Font, Typing Font etc.
The free version of WordPress themes and plugins are distributed from the official RovenThemes page from the WordPress official repository.
Other free version of the products we provide can be downloaded from our website.
The premium products are sold as a digital product to download from our website. The support service is operated via email or support forums that you find on our website. Also, when you download a product, you have instructions regarding our services.
We grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use the Services you order from Roventhemes to one or more orders. Additional Terms and Conditions that apply to each type of Service/Product may apply in the order as well as in the description of our Services/Products, which will be published on our website, available in the products or communicated to you.
We have and retain all the proprietary rights to our products/services and you neither own nor will you acquire any claim or right of ownership to any Services or associated documentation.
We provide updates and support for the premium product/services as long as the Order is still active. If you cancel your subscription, after the Order is terminated, we will not provide updates and support. After the Order is terminated you can still use the product/service, however you will no longer have access to updates and support.
We do not provide custom code support/developement.
Support policy
We commit to supporting our clients by email via our Contact Form, between Monday to Sunday 8am – 8pm GMT.
As long as your order is still available, we will provide constant updates and support. The support service is operated via email or support forums that you find on our website. Also, when you download a product, you have instructions regarding our services. We have no obligation to provide support to another party that hasn’t ordered our products or services. Nevertheless, we are providing support for the users of the free versions but only after we serve the users that bought the pro or premium version.
Response time may vary depending on the volume of work and/or holidays, weekdays or any other aspect that is not in control of RovenThemes.
We provide support only for our products that are presented on our website. We do not provide support for third party products/services. We do not provide support for products when obtained through third parties.
Roventhemes products/services are provided as they are. Support does not cover product customization, alteration or features addition. We do not guarantee that our products/services will be compatible with third party products/services/software/add-ons/ plugins etc.
License Usage

License Key: When you purchase a product from RovenThemes you receive a License key that is required to unlock some extra features like: priority support, mode demos, more icons etc. You can use the key for your products or for a product for your clients but sharing the license key with other third-parties is forbidden.
Every customer who purchases our product is provided with a license key that is required to unlock benefits such as automatic updates, support from our developers and extra resources for the product offered. This license key is a property of Brainstorm Force. You are free to use it on your own website. You can also use it on websites of your customers if the website is made by you. However, sharing the license key with any third party is not allowed.
Payments & Subscriptions

For all the services/products offered by RovenThemes, you may be asked to provide some information relevant to your Order including, without limitation, your name, if applicable the entity you represent, your email address, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, PayPal email address (if necessary), your billing address and your shipping information.
If you provide this information, you grant us and Freemius Inc to provide this information to third parties (for example payment processors) for the purposes of completing the Order. You also represent and warrant that: you have the legal right to use any credit card(s), PayPal email address or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
RovenThemes may from time to time update the pricing for particular products/services. These updates refer only to future Orders. We may also offer discounts that will be presented on the product/service description page.
Subscriptions are automatically renewed. When a renewal payment is successfully processed, the associated license will automatically be extended, based on the billing cycle.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Returns and Refunds Policy
A refund is only applicable under the following conditions:
- A refund request must be issued within the 14 days from the purchase date. All refunds requested after this period will be considered as invalid. In some exceptional cases our support team can approve a refund outside the 14 days of the purchase date based solely on their preference and on the severity of the reason of the refund.
- Refunds apply on the first purchase. If you bought and used our products/services and you decide to buy another license it means that you like the product/service and there can not be a reason for a refund.
- Refunds do not apply to subscription renewal payments. If you have a subscription, you will receive an email 30 days before the renewal. This act as a reminder if you want to unsubscribe and cancel the new payment
Information about refunds:
- A refund must be requested from the user account
- After a refund was approved, it may take 5-10 business days for the money to transfer back in your account. This depends on the gateways, bank etc.
- By purchasing a product from our website, you agree to our refund policy. If you have any questions regarding the refund policy before purchasing a product/service please feel free to contact us.

All images used on our demo products are for demonstration purposes only and are not included in the products package. In the download package we use placeholders or in some cases CC0 images (Public domain license) for providing a functional preview of the product. You are fully responsible for adding your own images and content.
